What types of artwork can I create with Epic Image Studio?

We offer a wide range of themes, from fantasy and science fiction to historical figures and adorable pet portraits. Choose from our pre-designed themes or request a custom creation to fit your vision!

How long will it take to receive my artwork?

Typically, it takes 3–5 business days to create the artwork. Once you select an image we will complete any requested revisions for your approval, and then your artwork goes to print. Our print turnaround time averages 2 days plus shipping time. We offer standard and express shipping options to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Keep in mind this is a completely customized service that our team works on specifically for you, so please allow ample time from ordering to allow for delivery especially during busy holidays or for special events.

How does the ordering process work?

Simply choose a theme, upload your photo, and complete your order. Our team will begin crafting your unique artwork right away. We’ll send you updates and ensure everything matches your expectations before shipping.

Do you ship to the United States and Canada?

Yes, all of our canvases are manufactured in the United States and Canada, for fast free shipping! International shipping may be available upon request—just reach out to our support team for details.

What kind of photos work best for these artworks?

Clear, high-resolution images with good lighting work best. Avoid blurry or overly dark images for optimal results. We do not change the faces in your images at all but instead build your artwork around your original subjects. So please consider the theme and context of the artwork that you want to achieve and send us an image with facial expressions to match your objective. Our design team may contact you if the photo needs adjustment to ensure the best quality.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We accept cancellations or changes within 24 hours of placing an order. After that, production may have already started. Contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.

Can I request changes to the design?

Yes! We’re happy to make adjustments to fit your style and preferences. Once you’ve placed an order, we'll get to work on your custom creation. You’ll receive a preview of four different image variations on your theme to choose from. Before we print you can request any final tweaks. We offer two free revisions to your chosen image, after which there is a small charge per revision. We want you to be thrilled with your unique masterpiece!

What if I’m not satisfied with my artwork?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us directly, and we’ll work with you to make it right, including any necessary adjustments or replacements.

How do I care for my canvas artwork?

Our canvases are designed to be durable and long-lasting. We use a unique canvas coating that produces the highest quality images using UL-certified Greenguard Gold inks. Our canvas prints are stretched on our proprietary profile radial pine produced from use wood from FSC certified renewable forests and are are printed using latex inks that are non-hazardous, non-toxic, non-flammable. Dust with a soft cloth, and keep out of direct sunlight for the best preservation.
